Privacy Policy — AI Inc

AI Inc ("we") is an Android application by VAVA Games with the package identifier dev.aagames.aiinc.

What data is processed

Analytics is disabled by default. The same separate analytics consent controls both GameAnalytics and AppMetrica. Before you give consent, both services are unactivated. After consent, the game sends anonymous gameplay events to GameAnalytics: starting and resuming a game, the starting country, ability actions, reaction stages, terminal states and game outcomes.

AppMetrica receives installation information from Google Play Install Referrer, source attribution, sessions, and pseudonymous installation and device identifiers. Advertising identifiers may also be sent when available. AppMetrica may receive the IP address or network information and technical information about the device and application, such as the operating system, application version and screen details. An IP address may be used to derive approximate geography; the application does not request precise location permission and does not collect GPS location for AppMetrica.

AppMetrica's location, billing, ad revenue, NDK crashes and screenshot modules are disabled. The application does not enable AppMetrica automatic purchase or revenue tracking, crash or native crash tracking, app-open tracking or screenshot collection.

GameAnalytics may automatically create a pseudonymous technical installation identifier for analytics. The game does not send its own user identifier or the contents of saved games, news text or data entered by the user as custom analytics data. Identifiers and technical information described above may still be transmitted by analytics and advertising providers as part of their services.

Purposes of processing

The data is used for product analytics, session and installation measurement, advertising campaign attribution, and to improve AI Inc's balance, gameplay and technical stability.

Consent and withdrawal

Analytics is enabled only after your separate consent, and your choice is retained on the device. You can withdraw consent and disable analytics in the application's settings; after this, no new analytics data is sent to GameAnalytics or AppMetrica, and AppMetrica advertising identifiers are disabled. Regranting consent enables analytics again without retroactively deleting data already processed by providers. Withdrawal does not itself delete previously transmitted data.

Third-party processor

Advertising

Yandex Mobile Ads and Yandex Mediation, including Google AdMob, are used to show interstitial and rewarded ads. Advertising services may process your IP address, advertising and technical device identifiers, information about your device and the application, diagnostic data, and information about ad impressions, views and interactions. This data is used to show and measure ads, support their operation and prevent invalid traffic.

When connected through Yandex Mediation, Start.io may process IP addresses, advertising and technical identifiers, device, app and network information, and ad interactions. Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) is used to manage advertising consent. When a consent request is required, the application shows a message with options to consent, decline and manage preferences. You can change your choice through the advertising privacy control in the game's menu. Consent to game analytics is requested separately.

In-app purchases

The game offers optional in-app purchases that permanently unlock AI models. Payments are processed by Google Play; we do not receive or store your payment card details. To confirm and restore purchases, the application receives purchase information from Google Play (product identifier, purchase status and purchase token) and stores the list of unlocked models on your device. Retention and deletion

Local settings and saved games remain on your device until you clear them or uninstall the application. Analytics and advertising providers retain data according to their applicable privacy terms and purposes. We cannot guarantee that every request can be fulfilled or specify a fixed response timeframe.
